    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latar belakang Pendidikan guru PAUD terhadap kemampuan mengelola pembelajaran selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Populasi adalah 600 Guru PAUD sekecamatan Waru. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 86 menggunakan rumus slovin tingkat ketidaktelitian 10% dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif korelasional. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan angket tertutup dengan skala likert dan tes. Uji validasi menggunakan teknik expert juggement dan uji reliabilitas dengan rumus alpha Cronbach diperoleh hasil 0,90. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan persentase dan regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Diperoleh
