Eddie Kaye Thomas (born Edward Kovelsky; October 31, )[1] is an American actor.

At the age of 11 Walter hacked into NASA under the alias &#;Scorpion&#;, his goal, to retrieve blueprints to hang on his bedroom wall. Having been caught by the FBI, and looking to avoid imprisonment, Walter went to work for Homeland Security under the supervision of Agent Cabe Gallo.
Following a CIA bombing, that killed people utilising tracking software created by Walter, for what he believed to be a humanitarian mission, Walter cut all ties with Agent Gallo. Vowing never to work with him or the CIA again.
Fast forward to today, Walter, whom has an IQ of , now manages a team of geniuses operating under the &#;Scorpion&#; name. They are called in to help when no one else can.
A former Marine and FBI agent, Cabe Gallo works for Homeland Security. Having recruited Walter O&#;Brien at a young age, he once again called upon him, and his now team of geniuses to fix a serious air traffic control problem. Putting their past issues aside Walter and his team agreed.
Following the successful outcome of this mission Gallo asked Scorpion to become a liaison team to tackle difficult missions that the government does not have the manpower, or technical prowess to manage. He now acts as their liaison for the US Government.
